I was born in Portales, New Mexico, and am proud to be a lifelong resident of this great state. My legal career began in 1983 as a legal assistant for a law firm in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with law firms specializing in a diverse range of legal areas, including water and land rights, creditors’ rights, criminal prosecution, criminal defense, and domestic relations. My journey through these various legal fields has ultimately led me to focus on what I find most fulfilling: medical malpractice and personal injury law.

In 2012, I earned my Paralegal Certificate from the University of New Mexico. By that time, however, I had already garnered the title of paralegal due to the exceptional work product and legal acumen I demonstrated in my previous roles. With over a decade of concentrated experience in medical malpractice and personal injury, I have become a highly proficient and detail-oriented paralegal. My expertise encompasses legal writing, case management, and the intricate tasks involved in managing complex litigation. I excel in document management for discovery, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained with the highest degree of professionalism.

At Dominguez Law Firm, I am entrusted with overseeing case intake procedures, coordinating client communications, and preparing legal briefs and documents under tight deadlines. The firm’s environment provides me with the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in trial preparation and courtroom support. My primary goal is to be instrumental in achieving favorable resolutions for our clients, all while upholding the highest standards of legal ethics.

Dominguez Law Firm fosters an atmosphere that allows me to focus on delivering the highest level of personal care and quality legal work to our clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes. I understand that medical malpractice and personal injury cases are often fraught with immense difficulty from the outset. These cases frequently involve catastrophic events that have profoundly impacted a child, an adult, or an entire family. Our role is to guide our clients through what is often the most challenging period of their lives, offering them the support and expertise they need.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am actively involved in my community. I serve as a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and hold the appointed position of Justice for the Benevolent and Protected Order of the Elks #2500 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. My dedication to delivering exceptional service extends beyond the workplace, embodying my passion for justice and my unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of my life and career.
