Born in St. Louis, Missouri, and raised in a small town in New Mexico, Paul Dominguez has deep roots in the Southwest. His family moved back to New Mexico when he was just two years old, and he is proud of the experiences and values instilled in him during his formative years there.

I was born in Portales, New Mexico, and am proud to be a lifelong resident of this great state. My legal career began in 1983 as a legal assistant for a law firm in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Born and raised in New Mexico, I have always felt a deep connection to this land, no matter where life has taken me. Despite having lived in other places, New Mexico has always called me back home, where my heart truly belongs.
